Pinched provides a platform where businesses can post promotions, and users can discover, save, and interact with those promotions.
You may browse Pinched without registering, but you need an account to post, follow businesses, or save promotions. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.
Users and businesses may submit content (such as reviews, posts, photos, or logos). By submitting content, you grant Pinched a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the app.
We aim to provide Pinched with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Pinched is not responsible for the actions of businesses or the accuracy of their promotions.
You agree not to misuse Pinched. Prohibited activities include:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or create risk for other users.
Your use of Pinched is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.
All intellectual property rights in Pinched, including our logo, branding, design, and software, remain our property.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If significant changes are made, we will notify you in the App or via email. Continued use of Pinched after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (or your local jurisdiction if required by law). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
